Job Requirements
- 5–10 years in GTM Systems, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps Engineering, or similar roles
- Proven experience building automation that drove measurable commercial impact
- Comfort writing scripts, working with APIs, and deploying workflow tools
- Strong product sense - you understand user flows and commercial incentives
- Highly curious and solution-oriented

Transcarent is looking for an experienced product marketer to join our team on a contract basis and own pharmacy benefits go-to-market for a critical engagement. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who knows the PBM space deeply and can get to work fast. You will be the primary product marketing resource for Transcarent's pharmacy solutions — including our transparent PBM offering and pharmacy-led navigation — working closely with Product, Sales, and Consultant Relations to sharpen our story, arm the field, and support active commercial priorities.
