Job Summary We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Growth Focus) to take ownership of website performance, user experience, and conversion optimisation. This is a highly execution-focused role suited for a technically skilled marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with developers to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities - Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels - Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities - Develop and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies - Execute and improve technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings - Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements - Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance - Track, analyse, and report on key website and marketing metrics
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in website optimization, UX, and CRO
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
- Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices
- Experience working closely with web developers on implementation
- Highly task-oriented with a strong execution mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Coachable, adaptable, and growth-driven
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Webflow
- Familiarity with Airtable
