They prioritize data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation, with a strong emphasis on website performance, user experience, and conversion growth. Job Summary We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Website & Growth Focus) to take ownership of website performance, user experience, and conversion optimisation. This is a highly execution-focused role suited for a technically skilled marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with developers to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities - Optimise website performance across UX, user journeys, and conversion funnels - Analyse user behaviour using analytics tools to identify growth opportunities - Develop and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies - Execute and improve technical SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and rankings - Collaborate closely with developers to implement website improvements - Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve performance - Track, analyse, and report on key website and marketing metrics
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in website optimization, UX, and CRO
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)
- Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices
- Experience working closely with web developers on implementation
- Highly task-oriented with a strong execution mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Coachable, adaptable, and growth-driven
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Webflow
- Familiarity with Airtable

• Manage the day-to-day of paid acquisition across Meta, Beehiiv, and emerging channels: creative testing, budget pacing, and weekly performance reporting. • Build and maintain the growth infrastructure: landing pages, lead magnets, signup flows, and onboarding paths. • Manage lifecycle flows from first touch through activation, membership conversion, and event attendance. • Track funnel performance across conversion rates, acquisition costs, and subscriber quality. • Bring a point of view on what the numbers mean and what to test next. • Day-to-day coordination with agencies and external partners on execution, reporting back to the team on performance. • Work closely with content, creator ops, community, and product teams to keep growth work connected to what is happening across each network. • Pull the data, make sense of it, and share what you think it means. Not just the numbers, but the so what.
• Define, own, and continually refine the company's long-term marketing strategy and roadmap • Work collaboratively with the CEO to continually shape True North brand • Provide oversight and strategic direction for all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy • Lead the strategic vision for innovative and effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Champion a data-driven culture by advising on the utilization of data analytics, market research, and customer insights • Drive rigorous alignment between Marketing and Sales on external-facing communication • Stay ahead of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies • Plan True North’s tradeshow footprint, and manage speaking submissions and networking • Advise sales leadership on leveraging and optimizing the Hubspot CRM for marketing impact reporting • Excellent ability to guide creative partners in development marketing collateral and write content as needed
