Sales Account Manager, Academic Research Services
GenScript
• Drive and support sales efforts in a given territory • Implement the sales and marketing strategies for GenScript's custom life science services • Use knowledge of science and business to develop and deliver profitable initiatives • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Technical Solution Managers to grow and develop an assigned sales territory • Promote GenScript's custom life science service lines and achieve sales goals for the assigned territory • Spend 50% of time on account management and following up on quotes and leads, and 50% of time traveling in the field making customer visits and attending virtual meetings
Job Requirements
- Strong scientific background- either a Bachelor's degree or above majoring in life science area or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in scientific or life science sales
- Knowledge of the Biological and CRO or CDMO market or general biotech industry. Emphasis on Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Bioassays, Antibody and Cell Line Products/Services preferred
- Experience in the lab is preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment

The GoEngineer Digital Manufacturing team is looking for a sales-driven, relationship-focused 3D Scanning Account Manager to join our growing organization and own revenue growth across the Southeast U.S. territory.
