Role Overview Gradial is looking for a Strategic Account Director to help our enterprise customers realize the full potential of our AI platform. This role focuses on deepening partnerships and expanding value within existing accounts, ensuring customers achieve measurable impact and uncover new ways to grow with Gradial. You’ll define how Gradial supports customers post-sale: driving adoption, identifying new use cases, and strengthening strategic relationships across complex global enterprises. Your work will directly influence retention, expansion, and long-term customer success with our enterprise customers This role can be remote or in-person at our Seattle HQ. Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and develop strategies that drive adoption, value realization, and expansion. - Partner with senior stakeholders to identify new workflows, align on future needs, and connect value delivery to business outcomes. - Build trusted relationships across Marketing, Web, Engineering, Procurement, and RevOps teams to drive sustained platform engagement. - Collaborate with Growth AEs to structure and execute commercial expansions. - Deliver compelling, consultative presentations that tie Gradial’s AI capabilities to clear, measurable results. - Create scalable playbooks for usage expansion by industry, region, or customer maturity. - Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. - Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to influence roadmap priorities and accelerate customer impact. - Travel as needed for customer meetings and strategic engagements. Requirements - Proven success in enterprise account growth, customer success, or strategic account management at a high-growth technology company. - Experience with marketing technology, CMS platforms, or workflow automation systems. - Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for senior stakeholders. - Demonstrated success managing and expanding large enterprise accounts. - Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills at the executive level. - Operates with ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset. - Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs. The OTE salary range for this position is $280,000 – $370,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards. The Division Director, Program and Transaction Management, will lead the execution of BAYADA Home Health Care’s enterprise-wide key strategic initiatives along with the integration of all acquisitions and joint ventures. This role will work closely with operations and enterprise support to advance organizational planning to drive program execution for maximum value creation. This office will also serve as the Center of Excellence and establish all project management standards, including processes and systems. While this role is based remotely, it will require approximately 25% travel, which is expected to be a blend of quarterly meetings and occasional project-based needs. Your Impact - Take a lead role in recruiting and developing a HV focused design team in the Denver, CO metropolitan area. - Provide project leadership/oversight and review HV collector station designs and studies associated with solar, BESS and wind generating facilities, conforming to client specifications, national electrical codes, and best industry practices. - Coordinate, review and approve electrical infrastructure design plans for mid-level and complex projects, ensuring data integrity and work is compliant with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations. - Apply high-level electrical engineering techniques and processes to identify improvements for various infrastructure project phases involving more complex infrastructure engineering work including concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement, construction, and operation. - Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; preparing construction safety and phasing plans, and updating infrastructure layout plans that require coordination with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients. - Actively oversee from project inception to completion, the management of design and construction of electrical infrastructure projects, including rehabilitation and reconstruction, site development, grading, drainage, equipment layout, elevations, specifications, building materials, phasing, and construction safety plans. - Lead larger-scale HV engineering projects ensuring contributors know what they are required to do and by when, preparing and overseeing relevant project budgets, monitoring external events, tracking hours and expenses, ensuring satisfactory performance, and supervising subcontractors, contract work, and employees. - Assist with engineering review of permit applications, engineering design plans and specifications, standby plans and engineering contracts, and periodic construction inspections, to ensure that they comply with applicable state and/or federal regulations and sound engineering practice and standards. - Meet with various public or private entities or individuals to discuss issues relating to a variety of electrical/engineering/construction challenges and programs. - Ensure technical reports and presentations explain research, findings, and recommendations to prevent, control, restore, or address electrical, design, and/or construction issues or opportunities. - Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development. - Remain current in latest electrical engineering techniques and practices. - Collaborates with professionals from a variety of disciplines, other engineers, planners, and infrastructure authorities on Federal, State, regional, and locally funded improvement and development projects, as well as proposal and business development opportunities. - Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. - Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
