• Own the full reporting lifecycle, from requirements gathering through automation, access governance, and ongoing performance review • Design, build, and publish Power BI dashboards and paginated reports using DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and row-level security • Ensure reports are intuitive, visually consistent, and aligned with business needs, including correct date logic and “as-of” reporting • Automate recurring reporting processes using VBA macros and Power Automate workflows • Translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes • Perform root cause analysis to explain changes in key performance metrics • Conduct cohort analysis, liquidation curve modeling, coverage rate analysis, and forecasting to support portfolio and collections performance • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and clients using clear, executive-ready storytelling

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using APIs, SFTP, and third-party integrations (Salesforce, Zuora, RevenueCat, affiliate platforms, legacy systems) • Extract and transform Salesforce data to support B2B funnel reporting and attribution • Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and document ETL logic and data models • Validate data and investigate discrepancies across sources and pipelines • Support creation of clean, well-structured datasets for dashboards, campaign tracking, and lifecycle reporting across our cybersecurity brands • Perform data validation and ensure consistency across platforms and reports • Contribute to reusable datasets and maintain data warehouse hygiene • Use key marketing and sales metrics (MRR, funnel stages, LTV, churn) to validate data accuracy

• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to understand their goals and translate them into metrics, reports, and dashboards. • Build reporting products within the application. • Build, maintain, and enhance core business dashboards using Power BI. • Utilize AI to maximize efficiency. • Use SQL and Python to extract, analyze, and transform data to support reporting and ad hoc analysis. • Own the design and documentation of key business metrics, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams. • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data and share insights with stakeholders. • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure data models meet reporting needs and support self-service analytics. • Contribute to the development of team-wide best practices for visualization, dashboard UX, and storytelling with data. • Create training, documentation, and data literacy resources to enable others to access and interpret data effectively. • Participate in sprint planning and help shape the BI roadmap by identifying high-value projects and recurring requests. • Mentor and teach data-savvy stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert in the BI toolset and analytics best practices.
