• Conduct comprehensive virtual longevity consultations with a highly engaged patient cohort • Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to develop personalized treatment plans • Partner with members over time, proactively optimizing health, performance, and longevity through ongoing follow-up and monitoring • Translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable recommendations that empower patients to make informed decisions • Work with the Care Coordination team to ensure all patient inquiries are resolved in a timely manner • Share ongoing feedback with the Clinical Operations, Product, and Medical Leadership teams to help improve the member journey, physician workflows, and overall care experience based on real-world patient interactions. • Partner with Hone's Chief Medical Officer to identify opportunities to refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and best practices as the practice evolves. • Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies from a practicing physician's perspective, helping inform future clinical offerings and recommendations. • Participate in regular physician and cross-functional discussions to share clinical insights, best practices, and opportunities to continuously enhance the Hone Black experience.

• Deliver Exceptional Longitudinal Care (~70% of Your Time) • Conduct comprehensive virtual longevity consultations with a highly engaged patient cohort • Interpret advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to develop personalized treatment plans • Partner with members over time, proactively optimizing health, performance, and longevity through ongoing follow-up and monitoring • Translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable recommendations that empower patients to make informed decisions • Work with the Care Coordination team to ensure all patient inquiries are resolved in a timely manner • Help Build the Hone Black Medical Infrastructure (~30% of Your Time) • Work with Hone’s Chief Medical Officer to design clinical care pathways and physician workflows • Develop scalable treatment protocols and diagnostic frameworks • Evaluate emerging diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies • Define where Hone provides care directly versus coordinates with external specialists • Help shape the digital treatment plan and physician experience • Improve how AI and technology support clinical decision-making without replacing physician judgment • Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for Hone externally, including media, conferences, and strategic partnerships • Recruit, mentor, and help onboard future physicians as the practice grows

• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to analyze and optimize product engagement and the full customer funnel, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn. • Build and maintain statistical models and analyses related to key product use cases such as A/B tests, cohort analysis, and conversion/retention optimization. • Design, analyze, and interpret experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) across marketing channels and on-site experiences, ensuring statistical rigor and clear recommendations. • Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped analytical projects with clear success metrics and timelines. • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering partners to define data requirements and ensure reliable, well-modeled datasets for marketing analytics. • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, dashboards, and written documentation. • Contribute to shared analytics and modeling best practices within the data science team, including code quality, validation, and documentation. • Support junior team members through informal mentorship, code review, and knowledge sharing where appropriate. • Stay current on industry trends and techniques in marketing analytics, experimentation, and applied data science, and apply them pragmatically to Hone’s context.

• Lead the architecture and implementation of a medallion lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric, establishing bronze, silver, and gold layers that power self-serve analytics across the organization. • Design and build Claude projects and skills that allow marketing, product, and finance stakeholders to query and interpret data independently. • Partner with organizational leaders to define, document, and maintain a canonical business lexicon and data context that inform the self-serve BI platform and ensure consistent interpretation across teams. • Create and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines to ensure reliable, timely data flow from source systems into the lakehouse. • Build data models and BI dashboards as needed to support marketing analytics, product analytics, and financial analytics for a subscription DTC business. • Establish and enforce data governance protocols, including lineage, documentation, quality checks, and access controls. • Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and BI analysts, setting technical standards and guiding best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, product, finance, and clinical teams to translate business questions into scalable data solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric (Notebooks, Pipelines, Dataflows) to support analytics, reporting, and product use cases. • Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability across the medallion architecture. • Develop and maintain data models and transformations using dbt, contributing to bronze, silver, and gold layer modeling in the Fabric lakehouse. • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions — communicating through Slack and tracking work in Azure DevOps (ADO). • Participate in data quality checks, testing, validation, and performance optimization across pipeline and model layers. • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data infrastructure for performance and scalability in a cloud-native Azure environment. • Follow engineering best practices around version control and CI/CD using GitHub, including branch management, pull requests, and code review. • Contribute to data documentation and ensure best practices around data governance, reliability, and scalability. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tools.

• Design and build medallion architecture in dbt and Microsoft Fabric to enhance data analytics capabilities. • Create and maintain data ingestion pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration. • Establish data governance protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Implement data lineage and documentation to facilitate data traceability and transparency. • Develop and enforce data quality checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data assets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Perform telemedicine consultations from our HIPAA-compliant video interface. • Provide outstanding service and care to women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges. • Treat men who are looking to optimize their health and hormones, if this is a patient population you also have experience treating. • Review lab results with patient and provide treatment options. • Educate patients and create individualized treatment plans. • Titrate medications based on patient outcomes. • Prescribe medications if necessary based on your clinical diagnosis. • Provide feedback to us to continually improve the patient experience.
