Media Manager

Entrepreneurs'​ Organization

• Ingest, organize, and publish EO photography, video, and design files from events and campaigns in EO’s digital asset management systems. • Create and maintain an intuitive taxonomy, metadata standards, and tagging practices so teams can quickly find the right assets. • Curate best-in-class, brand-aligned galleries for priority needs (events, member storytelling, leadership, learning, and community moments). • Own and maintain EO’s media rights process, including release forms, permissions, copyright attribution requirements, and usage restrictions. • Define simple intake and publishing workflows for EO events and campaigns, including file naming conventions and handoff checklists for production teams. • Train staff, regional teams, and key chapter leaders on how to access and use the library.

Job Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in digital asset management, content operations, media production coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong systems thinking and attention to detail, with a consistent record of organizing complex information for easy reuse.
  • Working knowledge of media rights, releases, and licensing, including basic copyright and attribution practices.
  • Comfort partnering across teams and time zones, with strong service mindset and clear written communication.
  • Proficiency with digital media tools and file formats (photo, video, audio) and confidence learning new platforms quickly.
  • Experience working with vendors and contractors, including scoping, coordinating deliverables, and processing invoices.
