Field Service Engineer – Bilingual (Chinese, English)

• Provide certain support for certain issues to customer online or offline. • Respond quickly (normally within 24h) and follow customers' issues or complaints, and visit customer if need. • Following RMA in CRM and record the returns to customer in on-line list. • Service Planning for next week, need plan for more visiting to customer side for service. • Weekly meeting to review about issues and RMA following within team and cooperation. • One basic Monthly report about the main work. • Need to follow the related task list of call center project by time line. • Normal customer visiting and good communication. • Certain feedback or analysis report. • Keep good communication and relationship with customers for customer satisfaction. • Make some certain training for customers about products or Ananda link. • Service process review together to make more efficient. • Support visiting customers for some certain other support, like supporting business.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
  • 2+ years experiences related working experience.
  • PCBA welding experience and skill is preferred.
  • Minimum secondary level of education.
  • English and Chinese as working language, with strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP System.

Role Description To provide support and resources for congregations, missional communities, and Unitarian Universalist religious professionals, as well as for the organizational development and expansion of our faith for the Pacific Western Region of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and beyond. - Serves the Unitarian Universalist faith and values, our congregations, members, and other constituencies in the Pacific Western Region of Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and beyond.
