Do you have strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights? If so, we are looking for a National Account Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our national accounts, creating compelling presentations, and providing valuable data-driven insights to drive our sales strategies forward. This role will be a member of the Key Account Team and report to the Director, Large Format
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years related work experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Development Roles in the CPG Industry (Preference for Beverage, specifically Energy Category)
- Strong understanding of Syndicated Data (Spins/IRI/Nielsen) with the ability to build and report on key data insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivots/basic formulas/VLOOKUP’s)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software preferred (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
- Familiarity with the following retail systems: Luminate, Circana, Retail Link, Item360, STIBO,.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets and complex information.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities
- Supporting National Accounts:
- Collaborate closely with the National Accounts team to gather and analyze sales data.
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with key national customers.
- Help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within national accounts.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
- Presentation Development:
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate sales performance, strategies, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Summarize complex data into clear and concise visuals for presentations.
- Assist in preparing materials for national account meetings and presentations.
- Forecasting and Planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Evaluate historical sales data to improve accuracy and reliability of sales forecasts.
- Provide input for sales and inventory planning based on data analysis.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously evaluate data collection and reporting methods to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Market Research
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Share insights and recommendations based on research findings to drive strategic decision-making.

- The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
