Job Summary Paradigm Max Q is seeking a Contracts Senior Analyst to support cradle-to-grave contract management across a diverse portfolio of federal and commercial programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contractual compliance, managing risk, and supporting operational execution throughout the contract lifecycle. The Contracts Senior Analyst partners closely with the Director of Contracts, program management, capture, finance, and operations teams to provide contract analysis, negotiation support, and day-to-day contract administration in alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management - Support the full contract lifecycle, including solicitation review, proposal support, contract negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout. - Draft, review, and administer contractual instruments such as NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and prime contracts. - Track contract deliverables, milestones, funding, and compliance requirements to ensure timely and accurate execution. Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Finance, or a related field (required). - Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) (preferred).
