• Ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards • Assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments • Lead and become a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning • Complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) • Integrate new systems into existing network architecture • Manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues • Proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment • Maintain and enhance communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations

• Become the first hire in a new Platform team and build the infrastructure function from scratch - from strategy to execution, with full ownership and impact across the business; • Transform infrastructure that has grown alongside the product into a mature, well-structured platform — with clear service maps, dependencies, and ownership areas; • Take Terraform and Kubernetes to the next level of maturity: modular IaC architecture, standardized deployments, autoscaling — ensuring every release is predictable and reliable; • Build a full observability system: metrics, logs, traces, alerting — so the team can proactively monitor system health instead of reacting after issues occur; • Strengthen security practices: access management, secrets handling, protection from external threats — and make security an integral part of the engineering culture; • Optimize data infrastructure — ensuring stable and efficient pipelines for analytics and business decision-making; • Create platform templates for new services — so product teams can focus on features instead of infrastructure; • Work across three core business domains — Product, Growth/Marketing, and Payments — building solutions that scale the entire business, not just отдельных команд.

• Own the end-to-end deployment model — from reference architectures and installation workflows to hardening, upgrades, and ongoing environment support across customer environments • Enable Delivery teams and SI partners to use Imogen effectively, and draw a clear boundary between Mechanical Orchard's infrastructure ownership and partner-led modernization execution • Partner with Platform to influence roadmap and architecture decisions, serving as the voice of real-world deployment complexity in platform prioritization • Engage with Sales and Delivery during pursuits to define infrastructure scope, set readiness criteria, and reduce downstream delivery risk before engagements begin • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing infrastructure engineering team through consistent coaching, career development, and a culture of ownership • Define the processes, playbooks, and metrics that move infrastructure delivery and support from heroics to a repeatable, scalable operating model

• Provides technical leadership and is responsible for determining the direction for the IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches for the company’s application systems, infrastructure and/or network-based cloud product systems • Creates, evaluates and implements plans and design proposals for high impact IT solutions and their use involving leading edge technologies and methods considering key factors such as their long-term effectiveness (service delivery and cost), practicality, technical limitations and criticality • Mentors IT professionals • Develops project plans and influence project organization • Defines processes & methods necessary to support delivery/deployment • Complies with IT policy, procedure, and process • Engages with vendors and third parties as needed
