Head of Demand Generation
RAD Intel
• Lead demand strategy across active capital raises and RAD Intel + portfolio inbound programs • Guide TOFU acquisition for both new investors and new buyers, plus retargeting and lifecycle across both funnels • Set and manage performance expectations across raises and inbound tied to ROAS, pacing, conversion quality, and lead quality • Partner with Investor Relations and brand leaders on segmentation, messaging, and conversion strategy across investor and customer journeys • Lead inbound demand and demo-generation programs for RAD Intel and portfolio companies, from landing pages to conversion flows • Align audiences, messaging, creators, and conversion paths across raise campaigns and brand inbound programs • Guide Meta and Google planning, execution, and optimization across capital raise acquisition and brand/portfolio inbound through agency partners • Lead affiliate and partner demand programs that support both investor acquisition and brand/portfolio lead generation • Lead publisher media strategy and AV negotiations across financial, business, and news outlets to drive both raises and brand inbound • Establish testing frameworks across creative, offers, landing pages, and creator/content inputs, applying learnings across raises and inbound • Coordinate internal contributors, agencies, and affiliates under shared standards across investor and customer demand programs • Establish clear expectations for pacing, reporting, creative testing, and attribution across raises and brand/portfolio inbound • Partner with leadership to evolve the in-house demand function to support both capital raises and portfolio growth over time • Mentor and develop internal demand talent to execute across investor acquisition and brand/portfolio inbound at scale
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years in demand generation or performance marketing leadership
- Experience guiding Meta and Google programs through agency partners
- Proven success with affiliates, publishers, and premium media placements
- Strong judgment applying performance discipline to influencer and content marketing
- Comfort operating in regulated or high-consideration acquisition environments
- Clear communicator who builds trust with partners and internal teams
