Director, Clinical Programs
DaVita Kidney Care
• Direct the overall clinical strategy, portfolio of clinical solutions, outcomes and tracking for specified Mineral and Bone (MBD) clinical program • Manage leaders of clinical programs and support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients • Shape the vision for Clinical Innovation that will enable us to deliver high quality patient care • Lead strategic and enterprise planning, and set and advocate for internal and external goals
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into critical insights, observations or trends and translate them into strategic recommendations
- Ability to project manage and streamline communication across multidisciplinary teams both large and small.
- Initiates and maintains strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the Village.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate business models to guide business decisions.
- Experience in clinical (renal preferred) program management.
