Principal QA Automation Engineer

Job Requirements
- 8-11+ years professional experience in relevant technology and projects
- Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Selenium
- Expertise using Selenium with C# and .NET
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Testing up a test automation framework from scratch
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders
- Experience understanding and articulating business outcomes
- Experience with coaching and mentoring, demonstrated through ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Work Flexibility: Remote This Southeast area Market Development Lead will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of growth strategies and development plans consistent with the overall business objectives of our JR and Capital sales teams to grow Mako within key SE area hospitals and ASCs. They accomplish this through executing strategic marketing plans, primarily focused at increasing the brand recognition and education of Mako SmartRoboticsTM for joint replacement candidates.
