• Design and develop high-quality, scalable Android applications in Kotlin/Java • Implement unit and integration testing for mobile environments • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables • Architect efficient and reusable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security • Optimize application performance and responsiveness • Stay updated on the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the development team

• Lead the design and development of full-stack machine learning and generative AI applications tailored to meet business needs. • Work closely with domain experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. • Develop prototypes to assess technology readiness and guide the scaling of promising solutions into production-ready applications. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment. • Continuously monitor and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to improve performance and accuracy. • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX/UI, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and develop new features. • Design and optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support efficient data storage, processing, and analysis. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and defense technology. • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.

• Research software design documents for new or existing features to thoroughly understand the software under test • Formulate and document test cases to test the efficacy and performance of web, mobile, and desktop applications • Convert manual test plans into automated test software to ensure optimal test coverage. • Work with CI/CD pipelines to execute regular, thorough regression tests. • Report bugs in a concise, accurate, and reproducible way • Work closely with teams of software developers and other engineers to solve complex test automation scenarios. • Attend regular meetings to facilitate collaboration between engineers and across teams

• Apply AI/ML modeling techniques in solving many types of problems • Develop and design algorithmic solutions for automation projects • Design, develop, and implement data science solutions to address defense-related challenges • Utilize advanced coding skills to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large and complex datasets • Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to extract insights and make predictions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, gather relevant data, and define project objectives • Design and optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support efficient data storage, processing, and analysis • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and defense technology • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot .NET C# issues assigned via our task tracker • Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Sprint Reviews • Act as a subject matter expert for .NET Framework Development in system architecture and design discussions • Code and test software based upon software specifications and designs • Analyze and study complex system requirements • Use sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is maintainable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant

• Improve and maintain the release process for our software products across the company • Coordinate with the Product Manager, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the Test Lead to identify release dates, define release scope, and confirm the capabilities and fixes to be delivered in each release. • Track and report the status of the release, including progress towards the milestones and highlighting any risks. • Ensure the release process is followed and the release process is fully completed every time • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to identify and remove blockers impacting release readiness or delivery. • Maintain the official release calendar and communicates schedule updates and scope changes to all relevant stakeholders. • Notify internal stakeholders and customers of upcoming releases, including key enhancements, resolved issues, and any potential impacts updating will have.

• Perform regular vulnerability scans across cloud, on-prem, application, and endpoint environments. • Analyze scan results, validate findings, and assign severity based on industry standards (e.g., CVSS), business context, and exploitability. • Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to drive timely remediation of vulnerabilities. • Monitor external threat intelligence and evaluate emerging vulnerabilities (e.g., zero-days, trending exploits). • Maintain the vulnerability management platform and improve scanning coverage and accuracy. • Support patch management processes and ensure alignment with remediation SLAs. • Assist in developing and refining policies, procedures, and best practices for vulnerability management. • Participate in incident response efforts when vulnerabilities contribute to active threats.

• Develop automation code to test our mobile applications • Improve the efficiency of our test suite for automated testing of our mobile applications • Formulate and document test cases to test the efficacy and performance of mobile applications • Research software design documents for new or existing features to thoroughly understand the software under test • Accurately identify and isolate the root problem of found software defects • Report bugs found during testing in a concise, accurate, and reproducible way • Work closely with teams of software developers and other engineers to ensure proper test coverage and automation • Attend regular meetings to facilitate collaboration between engineers and across teams

• Oversee the implementation of complex testing software systems, ensuring scalability and performance, while contributing to the code base • Lead the development of test automation infrastructure on our most important projects • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation • Work closely with teams of software developers and other engineers to ensure proper test coverage and automation • Mentor junior and mid-level test automation engineers to enhance their skillsets and grow a team • Oversee and support the running of regression tests and provide analysis to support releasing software • Support the integration of our testing frameworks into our GitLab CI/CD pipeline for a more hands-off approach • Ensures that the test team follows best practices and procedures per the software development process that they will be supporting
