• Support the Quality Manager in the execution of plans and activities that execute and measure the requirements according to Leidos policies and standards. • Integrate closely with the program team members and collaboration with program leadership to continuously implement and execute the Quality Management System (QMS). • Support other Quality actions and responsibilities across the program as required. • Support program C1N / ACSS Staff Meetings and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with various functional service teams to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences. • Measure program performance against contractual requirements and monitor metrics to identify trends impacting the Quality Management System (QMS). • Review deliverables, processes, and support the full deliverable lifecycle for compliance with requirements to ensure quality standards are upheld and record results of reviews for tracking and analysis. • Support the development and maintenance of the Internal Audit Schedule to drive compliance with the PWS, Leidos Policies and Procedures, and applicable standards. • Ensure the Internal Quality Audit schedule is properly executed, identifying applicable objective evidence and adding value. • Participate in Internal Quality Audits by supporting evidence collection, documentation, and follow-up activities.

• Work closely with other disciplines to anticipate and identify both potential and observed product defects • Generate high quality bug reports and verify bug fixes • Cultivate subject matter expertise on assigned features and disperse knowledge to QA team members • Identify and flag risks to agreed-upon quality bars for assigned features • Generate test cases for assigned features and create supporting QA documentation as needed • Support the release process across all required platforms with build verification testing and investigation of community-reported issues • Facilitate internal playtests alongside other members of the QA team

• Provide QA oversight and support business and CSV activities throughout the lifecycle of GxP computerized systems. • Review and approve CSV deliverables, IT change management requests, and quality records (e.g., NCRs CAPAs) to ensure adherence to 4DMT’s internal procedures and policies, and applicable regulatory requirements and standards. • Review plans and provide day-to-day QA guidance and support to initial validation, steady state activities and controlled change-related initiatives of GxP systems. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in CSV requirements, data integrity controls, and related regulatory requirements / standards, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and applicable ICH Guidelines. • Develop and/or refine QA and CSV-related procedures and templates. • Support audits for qualification and requalification of IT vendors. • Collaborate across functions and within Quality to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements. • Support inspection readiness initiatives, audits and regulatory inspections. • Other duties as assigned.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of digital platforms through robust testing, automation, and documentation. • Test web and mobile applications, APIs, and system workflows. • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. • Conduct end-to-end testing of new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements across web, mobile, and backend systems. • Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to ensure testability and quality of new code. • Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Postman, Cypress. • Log detailed bug reports and track resolution. • Partner with product and UX teams to understand acceptance criteria and ensure test cases align with user expectations.
