Senior Director, Client Partner
Tinuiti
• Team Leadership: Lead internal teams across a portfolio of clients to ensure strategic alignment of partnership recommendations with client objectives. Foster trust with senior client stakeholders as their main point of contact and trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to build and maintain strong relationships and influence change. Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise and in Tinuiti’s breadth of service offerings. Partner with internal leadership to escalate issues and facilitate timely resolutions. • Channel Expertise : Leverage strong omnichannel knowledge (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to oversee development of strategic plans, ensuring clear alignment of channel recommendations with clients business goals. • Team Development: Provide internal team with timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of' goals. Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports and regular skip-levels to offer ongoing support, ensuring team adherence to overarching Tinuiti KPIs, effective management of client relationships, and delivery of best-in-class recommendations. Be a team champion by fostering positive morale and team building opportunities. • Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Collaborate closely with Pod Leader to understand and achieve financial targets, ensuring efficiency within staffing plans as well as client margin. Actively define and drive growth and cross-sell opportunities within accounts. • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations. Work with channel leads to propose and implement right-for-client cutting-edge tactics and technologies. • Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and maximizing account potential.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of leading accounts that manage a variety of channels and multi-million dollar budgets
- Management experience necessary.
- Expertise in a variety of data tracking platforms as well as audience research tools.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
