• Define and execute the roadmap for WMS and 3PL integrations within ShipAccel • Lead prioritization and delivery of capabilities enabling distributed and multi-node fulfillment • Translate merchant and partner fulfillment needs into scalable product capabilities • Develop a strong understanding of merchant fulfillment workflows and operational challenges • Enable fulfillment capabilities that unlock mid-market and enterprise merchant growth • Collaborate across product, engineering, partnerships, and GTM teams to deliver integrations successfully • Serve as subject matter expert for fulfillment integrations and workflows
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in SaaS product management, ideally in ecommerce, logistics, fulfillment, or operational software
- Experience delivering integration-heavy or workflow-driven software products
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and execution skills
- Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with distributed or global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
