• Define and champion the vision for Analytics products to make them industry-leading tools. • Identify monetization and differentiation opportunities through data (benchmarking, predictions, automation). • Prioritize an ambitious roadmap by balancing immediate client needs with breakthrough innovations. • Understand publishers' business challenges to anticipate their needs. • Transform client feedback into intuitive features that facilitate daily decision-making and the use of our products. • Remove barriers to usage and adoption of our Analytics products. • Collaborate closely with Technical & Data teams to ensure data quality, freshness, and scalability. • Drive product delivery with technical teams: from design to production. • Measure the adoption, impact, and success of deployed features. • Support client-facing teams and our clients to demonstrate the value delivered by our analytics products. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within Sparteo.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally on complex B2B SaaS or data-heavy products.
- Strong Analytics mindset: you have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- You speak the language of data (SQL basics, understanding of data pipelines, DataViz expertise).
- Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem (RTB, header bidding, yield) is a serious asset.
- Exceptional Communicator: Ability to simplify technical concepts and project / inspire technical or non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You know how to design features / products capable of driving business.
