Client Operations Lead

• Own a portfolio of health center clients as their primary point of contact for 340B referral capture • Deliver performance reporting and QBRs, proactively surfacing opportunities to improve program outcomes • Drive referral capture optimization using nuReferrals, helping clients close the loop on eligible referrals • Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and have a knowledgeable partner, not a ticket queue • Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live • Manage timelines, milestones, and coordination across internal and client stakeholders • Identify gaps in execution and drive resolution to keep clients on track • Analyze client data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance • Support clients in improving both operational efficiency and financial outcomes • Act as the voice of the client internally, partnering with Product, Data, and Operations teams to improve solutions • Develop and assess analyses and reporting to support clients and internal stakeholders • Identify and help drive revenue-generating opportunities across your portfolio • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and process improvement efforts

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in a client-facing role within healthcare, such as customer success, account management, implementation, or operations, with demonstrated ownership of client outcomes
  • Experience working with or within Community Health Centers (FQHCs), health systems, or similar care settings
  • Working knowledge of the 340B program, with the ability to speak credibly to stakeholders across roles
  • Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams with consistent, high-quality execution
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both frontline users and executive stakeholders
  • Sharp analytical instincts, with the ability to identify problems, dig into data, and surface opportunities proactively
  • High proficiency in Excel; comfortable building reports and doing basic data analysis
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to dig deeper to understand what is really happening.
