• Analyze performance data to drive the marketing strategy while making recommendations and optimizations • Identify trends while preparing analytical and graphical reports for Executive Management’s review • Provide ongoing reports by generating and providing analysis • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques • Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities • Communicate analysis and findings clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences • Make recommendations for new data visualizations to measure business & programs • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor productivity • Engage team on how to utilize data visualization metrics, knowledge, and how efforts can be leveraged for decision-making • Perform other relevant tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years previous experience in any one or more of these disciplines: BA, PM -OR- Recent successful internship in a relative field
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office, Email and Web
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • An understanding of Advanced Analytics, and various Data Science techniques
  • Some knowledge in either Python, R, and/or other Advanced Analytical languages or tools.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
