This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the exact moment where: - Technology moves from lab → industrial scale - Processes go from prototype → global standard - Quality becomes a competitive advantage You will: - Work at the intersection of deep tech, manufacturing, and global scale - Be part of an international setup (Sweden & China) - Have real ownership and impact, not just responsibility - Contribute to technology that enables the future of AI, electronics, and sustainable performance What success looks like in this role Within 6–12 months, you have: - Established robust process control frameworks - Improved process capability and yield - Reduced scrap and variability - Contributed to successful customer qualification and SOP readiness Ready to be part of the journey?
