Responsibilities - Process FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs such as USDA, Home Equity Lines of Credit, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement loans, Down Payment Assistance and Bond Programs as well as Reverse Mortgages. - Accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers. - Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, loan agents and other third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction. - Request, review and verify all loan documents such as income, credit, appraisal and title insurance, to ensure complete and accurate information is in the file before it is sent to underwriting. - Obtain verification of deposit, verification of employment, credit report - Prioritize and monitor daily workflow in order to ensure all loans are being worked on in accordance with company's timeline expectations. - Maintain constant communication with customers and loan agents on status updates and/or changes to the loan. - Ensure any necessary and critical changes which require redisclosure have been accurately notated and checked in the loan origination system for compliance purposes. - Coordinate loan closing with customers, title companies, and loan agents. - Work additional hours as needed. - Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Desired Competencies: - Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs such as Home - Equity Lines of Credit, 2nd Mortgages, Home Improvement, down payment assistance and bond programs. - Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as TRID. - Advanced ability to analyze complex tax returns accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. Desired Education/Experience: - 5-7 years' experience processing mortgage loans. - Current experience processing purchase loans. - Proficient with Encompass, or other paperless mortgage loan origination systems. - Understanding of all compliance regulations and investor guidelines. And your engineering mindset will be key to making each solution work. - Lead and prioritize the preparation of project estimates and written quotations, ensuring bid schedules and sales expectations are consistently met. - Coordinate technical and administrative support within the Applications Engineering team while aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and other departments. - Develop, implement, and maintain documented design standards and estimating procedures, including labor and material guidelines. - Ensure conceptual designs meet customer specifications, aerospace standards, and profitability expectations. - Manage Aerospace and Government projects through the pre-sale process, strictly adhering to contractual requirements and specifications. - Drive profitability through strategic vendor sourcing, evaluating subcontractor options, and making build vs. buy recommendations. - Identify alternative solutions that create cost savings while maintaining customer satisfaction and scope integrity. - Provide training and coaching to team members to strengthen efficiency, consistency, and technical performance. - Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in HVAC fundamentals, including boilers and chillers. - Support scope definition and technical alignment across mechanical engineering, structural, electrical, controls/programming, and mechanical design functions. - Champion continuous improvement across the department and cross-functionally to enhance customer service and operational performance. - Support custom product estimating and quoting initiatives within the Industrial Business Unit. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. - 3–5 years of experience in a construction, manufacturing, or engineered equipment environment, preferably supporting aerospace or government projects. - Strong understanding of construction documents, engineering drawings, and project bid requirements. - Proven ability to execute complex projects with speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail. - Strong technical communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and AutoCAD. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and urgency. Role Description We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend core — someone who thinks in React/Next.js first, but is fully capable of contributing at the backend layer using Golang when needed. - Lead frontend architecture and experience design — owning React/Next.js interfaces end-to-end, with a focus on performance, UX, and scalability. - Integrate cleanly with backend services and contribute to Golang APIs when needed — not just consume them. - Collaborate tightly with product and design on experience decisions — not just implementation. - Influence architecture, reliability, performance strategy, and engineering standards. - Write high-quality, clean, well-structured code — and enforce that quality in reviews. - Act as a technical force multiplier — mentoring, unblocking, and setting the technical bar. Qualifications - 8+ years of engineering experience building production web applications. - Expert-level frontend depth — React + Next.js mastery (streaming, modern rendering patterns, state strategy). - Proven ability to design high-performance, scalable, modern frontend systems with clarity and intentionality. - Solid backend competency — ideally Golang, but strong API design fluency is required. - Deep understanding of performance, caching, hydration, code splitting, bundling, deploy strategy, DX/UX tradeoffs. - Product and architecture instincts — you care about what should be built, not just how.
