Establishes relationships with financial and operational teams to create efficient and effective processes. Job Duties: - Responsible for coordination and oversight of various accounting and financial analysis functions, which may include monthly general ledger or subsidiary ledger transactions, account analysis and reconciliations, and supporting management and staff in daily accounting or financial reporting duties. - Ensuring that all work is performed in an auditable fashion. - Reviews, refines, and automates department procedures to improve workflow efficiency. Role Description The Accountant will oversee the daily financial operations of the company. Your primary goal is to ensure financial accuracy, manage cash flow, and provide insights into job profitability—helping us understand exactly how much we made on every square foot of flooring installed.
