Role Description Join our team as a Sr. Tax Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our organization compliant and financially strong. In this collaborative role, you’ll manage state and local tax filings, partner with cross-functional teams, support audits, and help shape smart tax strategies in a fast-paced, supportive environment. - Salary range: $50k - $69k based on experience Responsibilities - Prepare, review and file monthly, quarterly and annual fuel tax filings in compliance with multiple regulatory agencies - Analyze state and local fuel tax laws, advise on new product/service taxability, and support effective tax strategies - Assist with fuel audit requests, gather documentation, and coordination - Research and communicate issues to store accounting, fuel accounting and help desk to ensure accurate collection and accounting for fuel tax accruals and related ledger activity - Responsible for general ledger entries and reconciliations of assigned fuel tax liabilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices - Communicate frequently with management team, field operations, Regulatory Agencies, vendors, suppliers and other necessary outside organizations in respect to assigned areas - Conform and adhere to internal controls over fuel tax accounting procedures as set forth by upper management - Interfaces frequently with various levels within the organization Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance - Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook) - Advanced Excel skills (i.e. v-lookups, sumifs, pivot tables) - Ability to multi-task and complete projects within specific deadlines - Strong computer, presentation and organizational skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail oriented with excellent time management skills Benefits - This is not an exhaustive list of all job duties and requirements and may change based on business necessities. • Support the Procurement needs of the organization for both supplies and contracted services with a focus on Operational Excellence. • Own the full RFP lifecycle for national service categories — scope development, bid solicitation, vendor evaluation, award, and contract execution. • Drive profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunity, manage budgets and reduce spend risks. • Manage national service vendor relationships across categories such as landscaping, snow, garbage, pest control, fire and life safety systems, grease trap cleanings, and hood cleanings. • Partner with applicable departments to devise standards for documents and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Oversee work order coordination between stores, field operations, and national vendors — ensuring timely dispatch and completion. • Oversee and administer invoicing process by ensuring scope compliance, timeliness, and accuracy. • Maintain the national vendor network — onboarding, compliance documentation (COI, W-9, background checks), and offboarding underperformers. • Assess and reevaluate existing contracts to control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. • Continuously evaluate market and data for unfavorable events then prepare control. • Administer service-level agreements (SLAs) and track vendor performance metrics (response time, first-time fix rate, NTE (Not to Exceed) compliance, customer satisfaction). • Resolve vendor escalations and store-level service issues in partnership with Operations and Facilities teams. • Led procurement activity as needed for special projects. • Ensure use and compliance with company policy, procedures, and resources.
Overview As a member of the Architectural and Engineering team, this person will mainly be responsible for designing and overseeing drawings for new locations (NTI) and remodel projects from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external design resources such as the AHJ, AOR, or Space Planning. Salary: $50k Responsibilities • Drafting and Designing: Produce precise 2D and 3D designs according to project leader’s specifications, converting hand-drawn sketches into digital formats. • Key duties involve translating designs, making revisions, preparing documentation, managing digital files.• Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members, engineers, and architects to discuss design concepts and incorporate feedback into drawings.• Revisions and Updates: Update models and drawings throughout construction or manufacturing to reflect changes, ensuring they comply with industry standards and regulations.• Documentation Management: Keep accurate records of all drawings and manage drawing archives securely. Qualifications • An associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology or a related field. Additional courses in CAD software are required, or 5 years’ experience. • Proficient in CAD software such as Auto Revit, with a solid understanding of drafting techniques and engineering terminology. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy creating technical drawings and plans.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical aspects clearly to team members and clients.• Creative and critical thinking skills to support the project team during design. Work Environment: GPM CAD Operators work fully remotely using standard office equipment and CAD software. The job may require long hours to meet deadlines and frequent collaboration with stakeholders during design and construction. Overview Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, lead exciting projects, and make big things happen? Join our construction team as a Project Manager! The Construction Project Manager plays a key role in leading and coordinating the work of contractors and professional service partners involved in construction, building remodels, site work, and site improvements. This position supports QSR and large‑scale company initiatives—including, but not limited to, paving projects, equipment installation rollouts, and other enterprise‑wide efforts—by carrying out these responsibilities personally or through assigned teams. While this position is remote, the qualified candidate must reside in the Central East Coast area. Salary Range: 85k to 95k based on experiene Responsibilities - Develop project plans and execute large capital initiatives like equipment rollouts (coffee programs, freezer/cooler installs, etc.), remodels, QSR upgrades, paving projects, and other capital projects determined by the Director of Special Projects. - Budget, manage, and communicate all projects to internal and external stakeholders. - Complete all projects on time and within budget. - Lead cross departmental project teams and manage all activities in a project life cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) for projects that are across multiple departments or associated with process improvement. - Develop and revise project plans including timelines, issues, resources, and dependencies in collaboration with project sponsors and cross departmental teams. - Actively manage the mitigation of issues and communicate to all affected teams. - Develop communication plans and communicate appropriate levels of information (status, issues, risks, decisions) to project sponsors and senior staff. - Facilitate decision making with project team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization related to project performance, including, but not limited to schedule, scope, budget, and resources. - Train, Coach, Mentor, Develop: - Develop project management curriculum to create competency at GPM Investments. - Coach and mentor associates on their projects and in their - Act as a liaison within and between departments on project management and best practices. Qualifications - 4 - year degree or comparable knowledge in Engineering (Civil or MEP), Construction Project Management or like skills. - 5 to 10 years’ experience in rollouts, remodels, and new construction in a retail environment. - Construction knowledge in the Convenience Store Industry to include Gasoline/Petroleum & Environmental fields is highly preferred - Excellent problem solving skills. - Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing design and installation is also preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication - Intermediate Excel skills required with advanced math skills. This is relative to load calculations, financial budgeting and other typical Project and Construction math should be demonstrated. - The ability to use good reasoning and common-sense. - Ability to travel, up to 50% of the time.
