• Review, verify, and process daily transactions, ensuring all rates are correct and aligned with agreements. • Confirm all required paperwork is attached and complete before billing is finalized. • Generate and process invoices accurately in internal systems. • Create Pro-Bills in the drayage system (PortPro) and upload invoices into the accounting system. • Prepare and process weekly invoices for dedicated customers. • Upload invoices and update shipment status across customer websites and platforms. • Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth and timely billing cycles. • Support other billing-related duties as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in billing, logistics, or similar administrative roles
  • Experience with McLeod is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with systems and data (Excel, TMS, portals)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Credentialing Specialist to support provider onboarding, credentialing, and compliance. This role is responsible for managing provider files from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organization, follow-through, and professional communication. **We prefer candidates in the Dallas, TX area. Summary The Underwriting Specialist for Securities-based lending leads and participates in various operational processes, reporting, system testing, process development, training and project management.
