Implementation Specialist

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth)

• Provide end-to-end project management throughout the onboarding and implementation of MHC’s product suite of solutions to enterprise level customers • Work with customers to perform business process analysis, define integrations, perform testing and troubleshooting, and guide the customers to successful completion of projects • Communicate/escalate customer status and issues to team leaders and other appropriate members of the team • Serve as the internal voice of the customer to inform the Product Team of customer and industry feedback into the solutions • Collaborate with other internal departments to continue to improve the customer's experience with MHC • Be part of a team of specialists that help expand the usage of the solutions by working with the customer teams to help to bring ROI to the customer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience in a software company
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology
  • Required basic understanding of technologies including XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, SQL, Basic Scripting (C# and/or JavaScript) and REST API (preferred)
