• Lead internal implementation efforts for the new ClickUp platform, working collaboratively with our team and the external vendor. • Execute data migration by transferring existing workflows and data from legacy systems (Smart Sheet) into ClickUp. • Create user documentation, developing simple step-by-step guides with screenshots to train new employees on the finalized ClickUp processes. • Transition to client engagement (post-rollout/full-time conversion) to fulfill vendor assessment requests, communicating with clients via email and phone

Job Requirements

  • Mid-level professional experience.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with ClickUp, specifically highlighting experience with automation, the bulk action toolbar, dashboards, and public sharing features.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a comfort level with eventually speaking directly to clients.
  • Ability to clearly document processes (formal technical writing experience is not required).
