Grants Analyst – Contingent

The Cloudburst Group

• Participate as an active team member in supporting various data validation and analysis projects, including data entry and review, data clean-up, and preparation of project documentation • Prepare analytic reports for grant programs and individual grant recipients and respond to other ad-hoc requests • Review and document grants management protocols to include, but not limited to, policies, procedures, checklists, and/or other documentation appropriate to each stage of the grants life cycle • Troubleshoot and assist in resolving grant issues; notify team members of issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field with 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Understanding of the entire grant's life cycle (pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout) and the risks to government and beneficiary interests at each stage
  • Experience with federal grants, and the financial, activity, and accomplishment data reporting required for compliance with program regulations, for instance, 2 CFR and other federal regulations and laws pertaining to federal grants; documentation requirements for reimbursement
  • Familiarity with the design and operation of analysis and reporting systems for federal grants using commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS) such as Microsoft Office, SQL Server, or Microsoft PowerBI
  • Experience analyzing data from federal grant reporting for compliance and risk assessment
  • Experience in technical writing, or writing up quantitative analyses, preferably relating to program activities, program accomplishments, program expenditures, or other grant data
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Willingness to collaborate and work in remote team settings is required

Partner with the best As a Payroll Analyst , you will manage projects, work with vendors and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end payroll. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India employees using ADP systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined timelines. - Review and validate payroll inputs, including new joiners, separations, variable pay, reimbursements, and statutory deductions. - Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations in India (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the payroll service provider. - Stay abreast of legislative changes and ensure accurate and timely incorporation into payroll processes. - Perform payroll reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve payroll-related issues. - Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner via ticketing systems or email. - Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll data and required documentation. - Manage statutory filings and returns in coordination with the payroll service provider. - Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and standardization. - Maintain robust payroll controls, documentation, and audit trails. - Do what you love - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in India payroll processing. - Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity.
