• Conducting detailed customer onboarding, including enhanced due diligence, and on-going periodic reviews • Reviewing higher and high risk client relationships • Ensuring the customer's nature of business aligns with their business models and profiles • Escalating and drafting executive level risk acceptance memos • Partnering with key internal stakeholders • Monitoring industry trends relative to money laundering or fraud schemes • Leveraging AI tools to improve review efficiency and quality
Job Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree a plus
- 4+ years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates, with 2 years in crypto
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical and comfortable digging into data
- Strong communication skills and presence
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
- CAMS, CFCS or CFE certification is a plus.
