• Project managing a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent customer-facing projects or varying complexity, owning delivery from kickoff to signoff. • Ensure customers achieve intended business outcomes and adoption milestones post-implementation. • Effectively manage your time and project allocation to meet billable utilization targets. • Create, manage and execute project plans efficiently. Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project issues and risks on a weekly basis. • Drive accountability across internal teams and the customer to achieve project milestones. Take action on project roadblocks with a sense of urgency. • Maintain strong project governance, including status reporting, stakeholder management, scope control and managing change requests. • Ensure projects remain within hours budget and proactively communicating change requests to customer. • Consistently align internal and external parties to project objectives, ensuring the customer can realize value by adopting the solution. • Travel occasionally to customer locations to support project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience project managing concurrent customer-facing projects within a Professional Services or SaaS implementation environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer-facing projects (ideally 6+), with a strong track record of on-time delivery.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet billable utilization targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, drive alignment and forward progress.
  • Relentless resourcefulness and active listening skills that allow you to understand issues and risks that get escalated effectively to keep projects moving forward.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience using a PSA (Professional Services Automation) and project management tools to support delivery, resourcing, and tracking.
  • Exposure to financial systems, accounting or FP&A processes
  • Experience in Professional Services or consulting, with a background in customer-facing delivery for mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical or power engineering to join our Research, Development and Innovations team. In this role you will help lead the development of next-generation RF, Optical, and Connectivity Solutions, managing R&D and IP efforts from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance and technical excellence.
