Job Description

Global ERP Program Lead

Resonetics

Role Description The Global ERP Program Lead at Resonetics is responsible for delivering complex ERP initiatives and owning day-to-day ERP support and enhancements in a lean environment. This role combines program leadership with direct individual contribution—owning outcomes across planning, execution, and ongoing support. This role is accountable for three core areas: - Program Delivery: - Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets. - Lead complex ERP initiatives end-to-end. - Ensure clear scope, disciplined execution, and delivery against committed timelines and budgets. - Develop and present executive-ready materials for C-level stakeholders. - Operational Ownership: - Own day-to-day ERP support and enhancements. - Take immediate ownership of issues, mobilizing internal resources, consultants, and vendors to drive resolution. - Lean Execution: - Operate without a large internal team. - Personally produce high-quality deliverables. - Ensure consultants deliver complete, accurate work. - Set direction, close gaps, and maintain momentum. This role does not require hands-on configuration in Epicor or QAD. It requires the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, guide solution design, drive alignment with business stakeholders, and ensure project teams deliver results against defined scope, timelines, and objectives. Success in this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. The right candidate takes responsibility for outcomes, maintains high standards for quality and completeness, and ensures progress continues without waiting for escalation or additional layers of support. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or Master’s is a plus, not required). - 12+ years delivering ERP initiatives, including business cases, planning, and execution. - Background as an ERP functional or technical expert earlier in career. - Deep experience with a major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or similar). - Experience leading complex ERP projects end-to-end in lean environments. - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive solutions. - Experience presenting plans, budgets, status updates, and recommendations to C-level leadership. - Experience leading consultants and vendors to deliver complete, accurate, and on-time work. - Experience with ERP integrations, ideally including M&A-related migrations. - Takes ownership and closes gaps—does not wait for others to do it. - Can build clear business cases, project plans, status updates, and budgets without heavy support. - Runs effective requirements discussions and translates business needs into actionable direction. - Identifies issues early and drives them to resolution. - Communicates clearly and concisely, including with executive stakeholders. - Stays organized and drives execution in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the medical device industry, with knowledge of regulatory and quality compliance standards is preferred. - PMP certification is preferred. Physical Demands - Willingness and flexibility to travel as required (up to 10%). Compensation The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $144,000–$190,000. For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa or TN sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
