Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated AI Automation Engineering Intern to support the development and implementation of intelligent automation systems across manufacturing and business operations. Role Description The Senior Commercial Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving commercial performance through systems, data, and actionable insights. This position partners cross-functionally to enhance Salesforce and planning tools, improve pricing and forecasting processes, and elevate data quality across the organization. Responsibilities - Commercial Systems & Enablement - Manage, optimize, and enhance Salesforce and forecasting/planning tools (e.g., Pigment) to align with evolving business needs. - Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reporting solutions. - Partner with IT and external vendors to design and implement system enhancements. - Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing stakeholder engagement. - Data & Insights - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance. - Ensure data integrity through governance processes, audits, and continuous monitoring. - Deliver insights and recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness and support decision-making. - Pricing & Contract Management - Conduct pricing analyses and support deal reviews to enhance consistency and margin performance. - Monitor and enforce contract terms, including pricing structures, rebates, and commercial agreements. - Partner with finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate revenue treatment and reduce credits. - Forecasting & Planning - Support sales forecasting and annual planning processes. - Analyze historical performance, pipeline data, and customer forecasts to inform projections. - Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve forecast accuracy. - Commercial Execution & Reporting - Track and support execution of key commercial initiatives through reporting and cross-functional coordination. - Prepare insights, presentations, and materials for executive reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). - Continuous Improvement & Integration - Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows through automation and technology. - Support integration of acquired businesses into core systems, reporting structures, and commercial processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 3–5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales performance roles. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce and planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, or similar). - Strong analytical skills in pricing, forecasting, and revenue analysis. - Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets. - High attention to detail and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in manufacturing, medtech, or B2B environments. - Exposure to pricing strategy, contract management, or M&A integration. - Experience leveraging automation or AI-enabled tools to improve processes. Physical Demands - Primarily desk-based work with extended computer use. - Requires sustained screen focus. - Office or remote work environment. Compensation The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $95,000-$125,000. Role Description The Global ERP Program Lead at Resonetics is responsible for delivering complex ERP initiatives and owning day-to-day ERP support and enhancements in a lean environment. This role combines program leadership with direct individual contribution—owning outcomes across planning, execution, and ongoing support. This role is accountable for three core areas: - Program Delivery: - Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets. - Lead complex ERP initiatives end-to-end. - Ensure clear scope, disciplined execution, and delivery against committed timelines and budgets. - Develop and present executive-ready materials for C-level stakeholders. - Operational Ownership: - Own day-to-day ERP support and enhancements. - Take immediate ownership of issues, mobilizing internal resources, consultants, and vendors to drive resolution. - Lean Execution: - Operate without a large internal team. - Personally produce high-quality deliverables. - Ensure consultants deliver complete, accurate work. - Set direction, close gaps, and maintain momentum. This role does not require hands-on configuration in Epicor or QAD. It requires the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, guide solution design, drive alignment with business stakeholders, and ensure project teams deliver results against defined scope, timelines, and objectives. Success in this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. The right candidate takes responsibility for outcomes, maintains high standards for quality and completeness, and ensures progress continues without waiting for escalation or additional layers of support. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or Master’s is a plus, not required). - 12+ years delivering ERP initiatives, including business cases, planning, and execution. - Background as an ERP functional or technical expert earlier in career. - Deep experience with a major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or similar). - Experience leading complex ERP projects end-to-end in lean environments. - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive solutions. - Experience presenting plans, budgets, status updates, and recommendations to C-level leadership. - Experience leading consultants and vendors to deliver complete, accurate, and on-time work. - Experience with ERP integrations, ideally including M&A-related migrations. - Takes ownership and closes gaps—does not wait for others to do it. - Can build clear business cases, project plans, status updates, and budgets without heavy support. - Runs effective requirements discussions and translates business needs into actionable direction. - Identifies issues early and drives them to resolution. - Communicates clearly and concisely, including with executive stakeholders. - Stays organized and drives execution in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the medical device industry, with knowledge of regulatory and quality compliance standards is preferred. - PMP certification is preferred. Physical Demands - Willingness and flexibility to travel as required (up to 10%). Compensation The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
