• Develop full-stack websites and products: Build and deploy fully functional websites and digital products, covering both front-end and back-end development. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that delivers a seamless user experience. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise business websites: Create, update, and manage business websites on various platforms, including custom in-house CMS, BrightSpot, and Salesforce. • Ensure websites remain modern, secure, and optimized for performance. • Author developer-friendly documentation: Draft and maintain clear technical documentation that explains code structures, APIs, workflows, and troubleshooting steps. • Ensure that documentation supports easy handoffs and collaborative teamwork. • Use version control systems, specifically GitHub: Regularly manage code changes using GitHub and follow best practices for version control. • Create pull requests, review code, and maintain organized repositories to support team collaboration. • Work with internal customers to solve website bugs and close tickets: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website issues for internal stakeholders. • Communicate solutions clearly and close support tickets in a timely manner. • Support and learn from senior developers: Collaborate with senior team members to enhance technical skills and apply best practices. • Participate in peer programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Drive rapid execution across a steady stream of ideas while seamlessly taking on multiple roles: Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and new challenges. • Tackle urgent updates, experiment with new tools, and contribute to multiple IT and Innovation projects as needed. • Technical Planning & Feasibility: Balance time between upfront technical planning and hands-on development to ensure efficient delivery. • Partner early with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, and priorities. • Conduct technical feasibility assessments to identify risks, constraints, and dependencies before development begins. • Create clear solution designs and technical documentation so work is implementation-ready for developers. • Streamline execution by reducing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders early, and documenting decisions and assumptions.
• Drive the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs, events, and council initiatives across the CDG and CDE teams • Manage program timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communications • Partner closely with Program Managers, Event Leadership, and cross-functional teams • Oversee council and advisory board operations, including member tracking and communications • Support end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events • Coordinate development and delivery of research reports, program materials, and content assets • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program data across Salesforce and internal systems
• Responsible for making monthly and annual sales goals. • Responsible for high volume of phone calls and emails to both new prospects and past customers. • Position e.Republic brands, products and services to potential clients and current customers. • Qualify prospects while educating them on the value and benefit of e.Republic products and services. • Seek out new customers and create new sales opportunities through internet research and targeted outreach actions. • Respond to assigned leads within 24 hours. • Maintain SalesForce database (account maintenance and statistical tracking). • Conduct needed research on new companies in preparation to introductory calls with new clients or potential clients. • Produce professional sales presentations as needed. • Attend educational workshops; review professional publications and attend relevant seminars in order to stay up-to-date on industry trends and e.Republic offerings. • Maintain outreach statistics, such as: developed opportunities, pitches, email campaigns, etc. • Utilize marketing outreach tools and promotional materials to create leads and engage potential customers and clients. • Travel to both industry events and e.Republic events as needed in order to develop client relations and create future partnerships.
• Provide excellent customer support via phone and email to internal and external customers surrounding their event needs. • Create and manage action plans with deadlines for assigned events, ensuring strict adherence to timelines. • Regularly assess event progress and collaborate with the Senior Registration Manager to address additional needs and ensure success. • Create, edit, and deploy event promotions utilizing marketing software. • Conduct follow-up outreach and communication via email and phone to drive event registrations and engage sponsors. • Maintain accuracy of the contact database by updating records, creating new contacts, and processing registrations. • Assist registrants with secure payment processing for fee-based events. • Conduct internet research for new event leads as necessary. • Produce accurate and professional event reports for internal and external clients. • Prepare and ship materials for events as required. This includes printing, stuffing, and folding of registration materials and badges, and other documents – in-house or on the road. • Travel to events to provide onsite registration support, including setup of registration/exhibit areas (requires bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.), attendee check-in, and coordination with the onsite team. • Maintain regular workload while traveling, which may include weekends. • Effectively manage workload responsibilities during periods of business travel. • Setup, test, maintain, and troubleshoot onsite equipment and network which includes but is not limited to: MacBooks, laptops, printer, Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, and badge scanning application.
• Provide organizational leadership, strategic direction, quality assurance, government perspective, and overall goals and implementation for the Center for Digital Government programs. • Lead the Digital Communities program as well as the annual Digital Cities, Digital Counties and Government Experience surveys and awards. • Support the Center for Public Sector AI and Digital States program. • Assist with councils and other programs especially with maintaining a network of current and former state and local government leaders. • Serve as the deputy to the Chief Programs Officer. • Collaborate with Editorial, Content Studio, Research, Marketing, Events, and Sales as a market advisor. • Build and maintain relationships with key government leadership, technology leaders, and other officials in cities and counties across the nation. • Design and host CDG events including summits, workshops, and the annual market briefing.
