Job Description

Business Operations

Onboarded

About the Role Onboarded powers how modern workforce operations actually run. As we scale to tens of millions in ARR, we need a dedicated operator to design the strategy behind our growth engine and build the internal & external systems that make growth repeatable. This role reports directly to the CEO and works across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Solutions. You will be responsible for how revenue, product adoption, and partner growth connect into a single operating model. This is not a reporting-only role, a Salesforce admin position, or a narrow RevOps function. It is a builder role with real ownership and accountability for outcomes. You will not inherit mature systems. You will build them. The work spans infrastructure, analytics, process design, and execution. You will define what best-in-class looks like, then create the systems that make it real. Success in this role occurs when Onboarded has a clear, measurable, repeatable operating model for acquiring customers, onboarding partners, activating usage, and expanding revenue without adding unnecessary headcount. What You’ll Do Build the operating engine that connects pipeline creation, deal execution, customer activation, partner expansion, and usage-based growth into a single measurable system. Design and own end-to-end operating processes across go-to-market, marketing, direct sales, partnerships, customer success, and product operations, from lead to activation to expansion. AI-First Operations: Design and implement AI-assisted operating workflows, dashboards, and summaries that reduce manual reporting, eliminate redundant meetings, and give leadership real-time visibility into the business. Design systems that drive company decision-making. Build and maintain CRM structure, pipeline definitions, ICP, segmentation, dashboards, forecasting models, and lifecycle metrics that measure our performance and drive real decision-making. Work across teams to drive the company's success. Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument analytics, map user journeys, and surface insights that improve customer success, conversion, and product adoption. Operate hands-on. We’re a fast-growing company with rapidly evolving needs. You will design and build the systems that materially change how the company runs. What We’re Looking For - 3 to 7 years of experience in operations, growth systems, or early-stage infrastructure roles such as RevOps, BizOps, Product Ops, strategy, or consulting. - Experience close to a high-growth startup where systems were being built, not just maintained. - Strong systems thinking. You understand how data, tooling, process, and teams fit together, and you can design from a blank slate. - Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You prioritize impact over polish and are willing to build, test, and iterate quickly. - Ability to work across functions and communicate clearly with marketing, sales, product, engineering, and solutions teams. - This role is not a fit for someone looking to manage a narrow function or operate inside fixed processes. It is for builders who enjoy creating cross-functional structure where none exists. Why This Role - You will directly shape Onboarded's growth. The systems you build will define how revenue scales, how partners succeed, and how product adoption accelerates. - You will operate with real ownership. You will design, build, deploy, and evolve the systems yourself and see their impact immediately. - You will work closely with the CEO and experienced operators and develop into a senior leader as the company scales. What We Offer - Competitive salary + equity in a fast-growing startup - Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits - Remote-first culture with optional in-person collaboration - A chance to build foundational systems that define the next stage of company growth
