• Independently prepare and draft quotations and process customer orders • Execute the invoicing cycle, including verification and ensuring accurate billing • Manage and bill maintenance contracts and monitor ongoing contract structures • Ensure high data quality in CRM and ERP systems (SAP Business One, TANSS) • Monitor license agreements • Control and track orders and coordinate with suppliers • Structure, document and further develop sales processes • Take responsibility for the organization and development of our IT inventory • Prepare reports, KPIs and sales-related analyses • Identify and implement optimization potential in internal workflows and processes

• The Sr. Business Operations Analyst serves as a senior individual contributor within the Customer Success Reporting and Analytics function. • This role is responsible for defining reporting frameworks, designing analytical approaches, and delivering strategic insights that guide Customer Success leadership decision-making. • The Sr. Analyst partners closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, define operational metrics, and ensure reporting infrastructure supports organizational growth and operational efficiency. • Lead the design and evolution of reporting frameworks that support Customer Success performance management. • Define and evolve key performance indicators and measurement frameworks for Customer Success operations. • Design and oversee dashboards and reporting structures used by Customer Success leadership. • Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions. • Provide leadership-level insights into operational performance, trends, and opportunities. • Conduct deep analytical work to uncover operational insights that drive business improvement. • Analyze complex datasets across multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers. • Develop analytical models and frameworks to support operational planning. • Present findings and recommendations to Customer Success leadership.

• Conduct business analyses to ensure Company & Financial Operations practices are consistent with the stated business model, mission, and standards. • Collaborate to help build cost-effective processes and policies that will enable efficiency and effectiveness. • Verify that results improve; write updated process documentation, conduct training, and prepare automated reports. • Identify, recommend, implement, and test changes that will allow for scalable growth. • Conduct research and analyze workflow processes to improve business procedures within Finance Operations. • Participate in cross-functional reviews of existing business processes and policies. • Monitor practices to ensure they support improved productivity and revenue generation. • Work with merchants experiencing near-term delinquent Accounts Receivable issues to build payment solutions beneficial to both them and BC.
