How you will contribute You will assess information security risks in line with internal policies and external best practices and determine requirements how to secure Mondelēz International information and IT assets. You will also keep business stakeholders apprised on the overall security and compliance roadmap, provide training on information security to appropriate teams, and develop security strategies, architectures and roadmaps across process and technologies. Role will be responsible for Global logging infrastructure for Mondelez International. Role will be fully remote within the United States with the ability to work in US time zones (Eastern Central, Mountain, Pacific). The role will own: - Handling of data log sources ingested into a Security Information and Event Management system, with all aspects of the tailoring and management of the pipeline using a vendor supported tool - Collaborating with adjacent teams for future deployment and/or troubleshooting - High visibility position reporting to a Sr Manager, interfacing with higher levels of company management on occasion on high stakes initiatives What extra ingredients you will bring: - Extensive experience with logging infrastructures - Experience dealing with Log Collection, Log Relay, Normalization, Optimization Education / Certifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred Job specific requirements: - Amazon Web Services Experience or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification - Certified Information Systems Security Professional - Solid understanding of network engineering - Solid understanding on Windows & Linux operating systems - Extensive experience with any of the Logscale, NGSIEM, NiFi, Cribl, Databahn, Splunk, ELK, Sumo Logic, or similar technologies - At least 3 years exact experience - 8-10 years professional experience Travel requirements: - Travel up to 10% both domestic and international when required (1-2x a year) Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
