• Provides quality customer service and support at a key location in the retail and service business segment. • Supports location sales by providing first class customer service to local market. • Assists in servicing customers face-to-face through familiarity and knowledge of products. • Troubleshoots customer problems and provides creative solutions. • Identifies and builds customer assemblies. • Ensures knowledge of use of all equipment. • Works closely with the Solutions Center Manager and outside sales group to develop and grow the business. • Assists team in overall maintenance of the location. • Participates in making sure all safety guidelines are followed. • Maintains key relationships with customers. • Ensures customer service and value-add is a focal point of every interaction. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

JOB SUMMARY The Post Closer is responsible for receiving closed loan packages, performing comprehensive file audits from note date through completion, clearing post-closing conditions after delivery to investors, and supporting all post‑purchase related functions. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, completeness, and timely sale of loans to investors. Responsibilities: Receive and Validate Closing Packages · Receive, log, and review all closing packages for completeness and accuracy. · Verify inclusion of required documents such as the Note, Final Closing Disclosure, security instruments, and investor‑specific forms. · Coordinate with closing, processing, and title companies when documents are missing or incomplete. Audit Loan Files · Conduct a full post‑closing audit ensuring all documents meet internal, agency, and investor requirements. · Confirm accuracy of signatures, dates, notarization, fee disclosures, and document formatting. · Identify discrepancies and initiate corrections with internal staff and settlement agents. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TRID, HMDA, and company guidelines. Condition Clearing · Review investor suspense or deficiency conditions and gather documentation needed for clearing. · Communicate with investors, internal teams, and external partners to resolve outstanding issues. · Upload or submit corrective documents to investors within established timelines. · Track outstanding conditions through completion to ensure loans are purchased quickly. · Maintain accurate records of post‑purchase activities for audit and reporting purposes QUALIFICATIONS: 3–5+ years of mortgage post‑closing experience, specifically in a high‑volume lending environment. About the Role Abnormal AI is looking for a Melbourne-based Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team in Australia. The Enterprise sales team is responsible for bringing new business into Abnormal’s portfolio of customers. This is a full-cycle sales role, working the deal cycle from prospect to close for accounts located in your territory. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, experience in & a passion for cybersecurity, team selling experience, and be ready to hit the ground running.
