cFocus Software seeks a POA&M Manager / Sr. ISSO to join our program supporting Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This position is remote. This position requires a Public Trust clearance. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in ISSO, cybersecurity compliance, or risk management roles. - Experience managing POA&Ms in federal environments. - Strong knowledge of NIST RMF, FISMA, and federal compliance frameworks. Duties: - Develop, manage, and maintain POA&Ms for audit findings, vulnerabilities, and security deficiencies. - Track remediation activities from identification through closure, ensuring accountability and timeliness. - Coordinate with system owners, engineers, SOC teams, and stakeholders to resolve POA&M items. - Review and validate corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and compliance with federal standards. - Support audit activities by documenting findings, preparing responses, and maintaining audit evidence repositories. - Track and manage Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) and ensure remediation is documented and completed. - Maintain POA&M tracking within systems such as ServiceNow and audit tracking platforms. - Provide regular reporting on POA&M status, risk posture, overdue items, and remediation trends. - Develop and maintain audit dashboards and reports reflecting compliance status and remediation progress. - Support risk acceptance processes and coordinate documentation for residual risk decisions. - Ensure POA&Ms align with NIST RMF, FISMA, and federal cybersecurity mandates. - Participate in continuous monitoring activities, including vulnerability management and control assessments. - Assist in preparation and execution of FISMA and financial system audits. - Serve as a liaison between auditors and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate responses. - Conduct follow-up assessments to validate sustained compliance after remediation efforts.

What You Will Do - Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards and best practices across the Lifestyle Digital data ecosystem. - Design scalable data architectures supporting analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise reporting. - Architect and govern the Snowflake data platform and enterprise data warehouse environment. - Design robust data integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP systems, APIs, and cloud data sources. - Enable domain-driven data products that deliver reusable and trusted datasets for business teams. - Define data modeling standards, including dimensional models, semantic models, and domain data models. - Establish architecture patterns to support future Data Fabric capabilities, including metadata-driven architectures and data sharing. - Partner with BI teams (Power BI, Qlik) to enable scalable semantic layers and self-service analytics. - Define data governance standards, including metadata management, data lineage, data quality frameworks, and master data principles. What You Need to Be Successful - 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platforms. - Strong expertise in designing modern cloud data architectures (Fabric, Snowflake, or similar platforms). - Deep understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and enterprise data modeling practices. - Experience in integrating SAP data landscapes with modern analytics platforms. - Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals. - Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and distributed data architectures. Bonus Points if You Have - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. - Experience in implementing data products, Data Mesh, or domain-oriented data architectures. - Experience in designing or implementing Data Fabric or metadata-driven data architectures. - Experience with enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI or Qlik. - Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, or other SAP data platforms. - Experience in enabling AI/ML data platforms and advanced analytics. We are looking for an ambitious Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FIT House sales, training, and business methodologies. The Network Performance Manager will be responsible for driving growth within the network by supporting Franchisees and Studio Teams to deliver performance targets and objectives. Specifically, this role provides direct support to current and incoming franchisees via coaching, education, optimizing day-to-day operations and monitoring compliance with franchise and marketing systems. The Network Performance Manager (Singapore) will work across both F45 and FS8 brands. This is a full time position. This position reports to the APAC General Manager and the General Manager - FS8 & Vaura.
