CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services

• Serve as the senior representative for Japan, contributing to country strategy and representing CTI internally and externally • Build strong relationships with clients, sites/institutions, PIs, PMDA, vendors and partners • Provide leadership and oversight to Japan-based staff, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and support country staff performance management • Represent Clinical Project Management services in client presentations and business development activities • Promote integration of Japan operations with regional and global teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing • Serve as a senior liaison for Japan opportunities, supporting CTI BD Sales and Regional Operations leadership through strategic input on business development proposals • Develop and support marketing and branding initiatives in Japan, including representing CTI at industry conferences • Support the development and review of Japan-specific SOPs • Monitor the progress of all clinical trials in Japan • Ensure operational readiness, business continuity, and resource efficiency across Japan activities • Serve as the escalation point for Japan-based activities

Job Requirements

  • +15 years of clinical research experience
  • +5 years of business development and client management experience
  • Experience working in global CROs or pharmaceutical companies, managing global, regional, and country-level studies involving Japan
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and related guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or allied health field such as medicine, pharmacy or health science, preferably with clinical trial management experience
  • Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business administration preferred

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our System Manager, Claims, you will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and disposition of healthcare-related property and/or liability claims and lawsuits that are of a significant and complex nature. The Propulsion Virtual Engineering team supports analysis of all propulsion systems and subsystems ranging from the Advanced Engineering to the Production phases of development. The System Virtual Performance Integration Manager (VPIM) is responsible for coordinating all propulsion system analysis activity for a product program and acts as the single point contact to the program chief engineer for propulsion system analysis. This is a new role which is being implemented to increase analysis focus on complete propulsion system performance and vehicle integration. The system VPIM will work closely with the high voltage battery, drive unit, engine, and/or transmissions VPIMs to review/approve propulsion sub-system analysis plans as they relate to the propulsion system plan. Key areas of focus for the system VPIM will include drive cycle and high voltage bus analyses, as well as thermal and charging systems architecture analyses. What You'll Do: - Work with product team leadership to develop and maintain analysis plans (A-Plan) with timing to appropriately support product content changes of each build phase for all assigned electrification programs. - Initiate analysis request forms (ARF) for all planned work. - Identify, acquire, and balance analysis resources to meet A-Plan requirements, walk-up work, and capability development. Negotiate timing for active analysis projects as necessary. - Generate and maintain virtual design reviews and analysis performance metric results for each A-Plan. - Support the development of budget and headcount targets with workload projections. - Act as single point contact for basic propulsion system architecture / program specific data for the New Products Engineering team. - Coordinate cross-functional teams within the department to solve break-fix, product performance, and quality issues; inform Vertical Team and Analysis Staff of current status. - Balance workload and resources working with other propulsion VPIM. - Interface with vehicle VPIM to co-ordinate 2-way deliverables and resolve propulsion related program issues. - Assist with harmonizing process across engine, transmission and electrification sectors.
