Job Description

HRP Product Owner

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc.

• Maximizing the value, stability, and evolution of the company’s HealthRules Payor (HRP) platform • Serving as the primary steward of the HRP product ecosystem • Managing and governing the vendor(s) that provide configuration, development, and production support services for HRP • Overseeing performance, prioritizing work, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving high-quality delivery • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, IT leadership, and the PMO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience working with payer systems, ideally including HealthRules Payor
  • Minimum 5 years working in roles such as product owner, business systems manager, business analyst lead, or system SME within a healthcare payer environment
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors (preferably VENDOR(S) or similar HRP partners)
  • Strong understanding of payer business processes: claims adjudication, benefits configuration, provider data, enrollment/membership, billing, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience leading or partnering on large systems implementations or enhancements

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Card Acquisition (New Channels) to launch and scale new acquisition channels for the Affirm Card. In this role, you’ll identify high-impact growth opportunities, validate them through rapid experimentation, and bring them to market at scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of consumers first discover and adopt the Affirm Card, with direct ownership over measurable acquisition and activation outcomes. This is a highly visible role with significant opportunity to influence strategy and drive Affirm’s next phase of cardholder growth.
