• Source and engage talent across corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations) and specialized roles including BIM and BIM Design using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks • Build and maintain pipelines aligned to priority roles, skillsets, and future hiring needs • Execute outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets • Screen and assess candidates for experience, skill alignment, and cultural fit • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and support interview processes • Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring recommendations • Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing through offer) • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up • Track recruiting activity and pipeline metrics; adjust strategies to improve results • Maintain accurate records and compliance within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate or functional roles (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) and/or exposure to BIM or design-related hiring
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, or similar platforms
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Ability to understand both business function and specialized role requirements (including BIM/design) and translate them into effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruiting approaches

The Sr. Executive TA Consultant will own and drive the end-to-end executive recruitment process.
