• Placing a high volume of outbound calls to secure an appointment with a licensed Nurse Practitioner • Answering incoming calls from members and case managers • Returning voice mail messages in a timely manner • Following specific talking points and protocols associated with member outreach calls • Securing visits via scheduling software efficiently • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills • Utilizing exceptional communication and social skills to explain the importance of agreeing to complete the annual assessment • Conducting follow up calls to members prior to scheduled visits
Job Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access and various internet-based applications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrable success in quickly building telephonic relationships with prospective customers
- 1+ year of call center experience, or relevant tele-sales experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

Replace light bulbs, ballasts and sockets if necessary). • Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed. • Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to: Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided. Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports. Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs. • Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction. Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams. • Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings. • Provides estimates for larger projects and services needed to onsite customer.
