Electrical Estimator and Bid Coordinator - Criteria List Key Responsibilities - Manage the bid lifecycle, from opportunity tracking to submission - Coordinate and oversee the proposal development process - Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints - Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using appropriate tools - Manage and streamline the takeoff process across multiple projects - Ensure all project scopes are complete, with no gaps or missed items - Collaborate with internal teams to gather required inputs for bids and proposals - Maintain organized documentation and tracking of bids, estimates, and submissions Qualifications - Proven experience in estimating and/or bid coordination - Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans - High attention to detail, especially in scope review and takeoffs - Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a go-getter mindset - Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms Tools and Software - On-screen Takeoff (Planswift, Bluebeam, etc.)
