Senior Account Executive – B2B High-Ticket Closer

Downtown Development District of New Orleans

• Run scheduled discovery calls with qualified leads: diagnose, qualify, and set a Brand Analysis call. • Lead Brand Analysis presentations: walk prospects through our analysis, discuss growth potential, and close. • Close deals at 35%+ of total qualified live meetings. • Work your pipeline between calls: follow‑ups, second calls for strong prospects, and maximizing every lead. • Maintain clean CRM data in Pipedrive and complete simple daily KPI reports. • Join regular training and call reviews; we invest heavily in sharpening top performers.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B high‑ticket sales, ideally selling agency services, consulting, or other B2B service‑based offers to business owners.
  • Proven top performer: has consistently hit or exceeded quota, closing high-ticket deals.
  • High energy, commanding presence, and excellent communication on Zoom.
  • Competitive, coachable, and numbers‑driven; you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
