Qualifications - 10+ years of experience designing and building enterprise scale APIs and distributed systems. - Hands-on experience exposing 4G/LTE and 5G network functions, capabilities, and telemetry to external services. - Proven experience designing and implementing NEF, SCEF, and CAMARA APIs. - Experience working with multiple 5G core OEMs (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, or equivalent), including integration and abstraction across vendor platforms. - Extensive API development experience in one or more modern programming languages, such as: - Java / Kotlin - Go - Python - TypeScript / Node.js - C++ (or equivalent, where applicable to network systems) - Deep understanding of API security and access control mechanisms, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, mTLS, JWTs, and rate limiting. - Strong architectural judgment with the ability to influence technical direction across teams and organizations. - Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex architecture decisions to both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards related to network exposure and service enablement. - Experience with Aduna. - Experience with cloud-native telco platforms, including Kubernetes, containers, and service meshes. - Background in telco cloud, NFV, SDN, or edge computing. - Experience designing APIs for developer ecosystems, including onboarding workflows, documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments. - Prior experience in emerging or innovation focused engineering teams.
