We are seeking an Associate Attorney & Operations to support both client representation and operational initiatives within our organization. This role combines hearing-level legal work with exposure to team and client support, offering a unique opportunity to develop both legal and business skill sets. Develop and draft litigation, discovery and legal hold policy and process documents. Implement litigation operations management procedure ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements (e.g., finance) at the beginning and end of litigations. Produce global reporting on litigations and disputes, support quarterly disclosure process, including the management of legal reserves, and manage reporting to insurance company. Provide support to and liaise with the compliance team on compliance issues and policies. • Dispute Resolution and Support Customer/Data Operations – Manage/resolve claims/disputes with third parties, including but not limited to vendors, customers, and data subjects. Initiate, respond to and handle cease and desist matters.
