Business Development Representative

Bizagi

• Drive outbound prospecting efforts across German-speaking and EMEA enterprise accounts through phone, email, and social channels • Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations and tailor outreach to their business challenges • Create qualified sales opportunities by articulating the value of Bizagi’s AI-powered process automation platform • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and CRM systems • Represent Bizagi professionally in all customer interactions, positioning the company as a trusted partner in digital transformation.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Interest or early experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Exposure to SaaS, software, or technology solutions is a strong plus
  • A hunter mentality — resilient, proactive, and motivated by turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and outreach campaigns
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn the fundamentals of enterprise SaaS sales.
