• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive nationwide growth and support corporate revenue objectives • Represent Sage at major industry conferences and events to identify new business opportunities and deepen ecosystem relationships • Help shape the structure of the sales organization at regional and functional levels as we expand • Take ownership of regional KPIs, providing accurate forecasting and establishing high-performance sales expectations • Drive investments in sales training, enablement tools, and sales operations • Build and nurture professional networks to surface new partnerships and opportunities • Manage sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and GTM initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure a tightly aligned commercial motion
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of new-logo sales experience with a proven track record of top performance in SaaS
- Strong strategy development, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity; proactive owner who drives initiatives to completion
- Genuine passion for Sage’s mission to improve care for older adults and the caregivers who support them
- Experience selling directly to owners and operators within Senior Living (preferred)
- Understanding of how real estate and operations interact in Senior Living, including key value drivers (preferred)
- Experience in value-based care, care delivery innovation, or adjacent healthcare models (preferred)

About This Job The main purpose of this job is to perform dispute related functions for consumer debit and prepaid, consumer credit, HSF, RLOC, and commercial cards, including retrieving support documentation, and closing/reissuing accounts.
